How do I see the late fee policy?

To view your Association's late fee policy including any applicable grace period, please navigate to the Secure Resident Center.

1. Click on the payments link located on the side navigation.

2. Navigate to the lower right corner and locate the section titled Late fee policy.  The time granted between the due date and when the late fee is applied is typically referred to as a grace period.
