How do I set up an automatic payment?

Setting up auto pay is fast and easy in just three simple steps!  Auto pay can be set up via your Secure Resident Center which can be accessed here: https://my.zealcommunity.com/resident-center

1. From the dashboard click on Set up autopay.



2. Fill out the necessary information to set up your payments.


Tip: Selecting Entire balance will continue to follow any changes in regular assessment amounts from year to year.


Note:  Your payment start date should be the start of the regular assessment period.  For example: if your dues are quarterly, then start payments on January 1, April 1, July 1 or October 1 and set your frequency according to your associations schedule.  (The example below showing monthly is an example only.)


3. Verify details and click Set up autopay


Final check:  Make sure the frequency matches your community schedule (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annually, Annually).
